For owners whose business still runs on them
You spent thirty years building it.
Now sell it for what it's actually worth.
This is for one person: the owner in their sixties, three or four decades in, with a profitable business that runs on them. Everything that matters is in your head, not on paper — so a buyer isn't buying an asset, they're buying you, and they price it accordingly. Kira works alongside you day to day, in conversation, and turns what you know into a documented Business Genome the business can be sold with. Most owners start this before they've told anyone.

Talk to her before you decide anything
No account, no card, nothing saved to your business. Ask her what she does, how the valuation works, or who can see what you tell her. If you would rather type, you can.

Watch what happens over six months
Kira will talk you through it herself.
You have thought about what comes next, and probably told nobody. And underneath it: after thirty years, the thing you would be selling is mostly you.
Every Kira is different, because every business is.
Other AI assistants
The same generic assistant for everyone. You repeat your context every conversation, it tries to answer everything instantly, and it remembers none of what matters to you.
Yours — like a part-time GM
Built around your business and knowing your context from day one. She gets things done and closes the loop, and every conversation builds on the last one.
Built to sell — for what it's really worth.
After decades building it, most owners discover their business is worth a fraction of what they hoped — because it can't run without them. Kira changes that.

Sell an asset, not a job
A documented, transferable business commands a real multiple — and hands over cleanly to a buyer or successor.
Retiring, selling, or planning succession — start here.
And it ends up in your filing cabinet, not ours.
What she captures becomes an operating manual — one document per part of the business, written into your own Google Drive. Ask her again in a month and she updates those documents rather than making a second set.
There are two versions and they are different files on purpose. Your own copy has everything in it. The handover copy leaves out your plans, your position and anything you have said you are not ready to share — that is the one that is safe to send to an accountant, a broker or a buyer, and every line in it is dated to the day you said it.
You can also just download it. It opens in any browser, prints, and needs no account and no login — including ours. If you stop paying us tomorrow you keep a document that still works.
This is a partnership.
Kira is honest about what she can and can't do. She needs you to show up too.
What Kira brings
- Asks the questions you haven't thought of
- Pushes back when something is unclear
- Remembers your context and builds on it
- Admits when she doesn't know something
What Kira needs from you
- Be honest about what is really going on
- Correct her when she is off track
- Add context — the more she knows, the better
- Think with her, not just ask for answers
When it's not working? Kira offers four paths: add more info, reset your goal, try a different approach, or end the conversation. No judgment, just options.
See the number. Then decide.
Plans run from
$499 + GST to $4,999 + GST /month
Which band you land in depends on the size of your business — the annual profit you tell us, not the gap we calculate. That distinction is deliberate: the tool that works out what your business is worth has nothing to gain from the number being bigger. You'll see your own figure after the valuation, before you decide anything.
The valuation is free — no sign-up, no card. It shows you the gap in about 3 minutes.
Kira's fee is set to a small fraction of what you stand to unlock, so the number you see is sized to your business. You are never invoiced for the month you are in — each month is billed once it has finished, and if you cancel, that month is on us.
It is meant to end. Kira's job is to get what is in your head onto paper, and when that is done she has largely made herself redundant. It is never quite finished — the business keeps moving and the head refills — but keeping the manual current is a fraction of the work of building it, so it costs a fraction: a third of your band. If you would rather keep her working day to day, that stays at the rate you are on. We will tell you when you get there; we do not put a date on it, because it depends entirely on how much of the business is still only in your head.
No gap, no pressure. The number is yours to keep either way.

Who is behind this
Kira is built by Dennis McMahon at Corporate AI Solutions, in Western Australia. I have spent thirty years in construction, logistics and modular manufacturing — running the businesses, not advising them — and I built the back-office systems for my own as I went, because nobody else was going to.
This one started when I looked at buying businesses and kept finding the same problem from the other side of the table. The good ones were good because of the owner. Which is exactly what makes them hard to buy, and what a buyer discounts you for. One developer I work with is eighty, has built a substantial land bank, and none of it is written down anywhere but in his head.
It is a small operation and I would rather you knew that than found out later. What you get is direct access to the person who built it, and a product that is still changing in response to what owners tell me. What you do not get is a support desk in another time zone.
Your business details stay in your account. They are used to build your Genome and nothing else — not sold, not pooled, not used to train anyone's model. The privacy policy says so in plain terms, and the terms are worth two minutes before you start.
